Our Quality Control Program is overlooked by one of our (3) Certified Quality Control Managers that insure all supplies and services required under a given contract conform to plans, specifications and contract requirements whether constructed, processed or procured.

SAFETY

At Q-MAX Construction Company we recognize that our obligation to both our customers and employees is to provide and maintain the safety and well being of all involved throughout the pendency of the project. All employees must be fully aware of the responsibilities that they must accept and carry out to achieve accident free work.

Regardless of size, every project is designated a Safety Officer. Guided by the safety manual for industry, his duties are to have daily safety meetings, weekly safety audits, pre-job meetings, progressive disciplinary policy, drug testing, test for cause, safety training, foreman appraisals, and project safety analysis
